Our Story

From a Small Consultancy to a Trusted Partner

In 2014, our founders left their roles at a large systems integrator with a simple observation: most technology projects fail not because of technical limitations, but because of communication gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams.

They started this company with a different approach—one where understanding the business problem comes before writing a single line of code. What began as a three-person consultancy operating from a converted warehouse in Manchester has grown into a 47-strong team serving clients across the United Kingdom.

The principles that guided us in those early days remain unchanged. We still believe in deep collaboration, plain-English communication, and solutions that prioritise practical outcomes over technical sophistication.

Marcus Okonkwo

Marcus ensures our projects run smoothly and our clients stay happy. With a background in both software development and programme management, he bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Emma Richardson

Emma leads our cybersecurity practice and ensures security is embedded in everything we build. She holds CISSP and CISM certifications and previously worked in financial services security.
